All orders are shipped from Auckland. All orders are tracked. No signature required.

Local & Outer Auckland - NZ$7.00

Regional / LH Delivery - NZ$9.90 (Flat rate)

We do our best to ensure orders are shipped the following business day after ordering. Once your order is dispatched please allow:

Australia Shipping

Shipping to Australia is AU$16 (Economy tracked) with NZ Post. 

All orders will be shipped the following NZ business day after ordering. Once your order is dispatched, please allow 3 - 10 business days.

For all other regions, please email your enquiries to info@mizunooto.co.nz and one of our team members will respond within 1-2 business days.

If your order has not arrived within the time frame mentioned, please email us on info@mizunooto.co.nz. While we cannot control delivery delays with the courier company, we will follow up with them and try our best to ensure your parcel arrives as soon as possible.

Please note:

• We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
• Orders returned to MIZU NO OTO due to incorrect address, failure to collect from NZ Post Shop, or failure to contact the courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping fee.
• Online product prices are exclusive of any import duties. You may be liable for any taxes at the destination country and you are responsible for all customs duties imposed by the respective government.
• MIZU NO OTO will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the destination country, and is unable to provide information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance.
