Refund policy

Returns

We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty or offer a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item on info@mizunooto.co.nz. If you wish to return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 30 days. You may be asked to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Your order will be processed within 7 working days. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please package the item securely in a courier bag and ensure any old shipping labels are removed. Attach our return shipping label and send it back to us. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches our store. On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This may occur when the product has not arrived in its original condition, is damaged or has arrived outside of the returns time frame.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Sale returns
Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer refunds on sale items.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for individual items within a gift set or for change of mind purchases. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
