Our story
MIZU NO OTO means the sound of water and is inspired by a haiku poem written by the 16th century Japanese poet, Matsuo Bashō.
Reminiscent of a slow afternoon with just a pen, journal and our thoughts, the sound of water transports us to a place of calm. Whether it’s the soft pitter-patter of rain on the tree canopy above or the faint splash of water as a frog returns to the pond below, water in all its forms awakens our senses.
We hope that MIZU NO OTO connects you to nature and relaxation; a place that helps you exercise mindfulness and where you find stationery for the soul.
